About the Festival

The Imperia Cine-Crown Short Film Festival (ICSFF) 2025 is a platform dedicated exclusively to college students and institute students pursuing filmmaking or related courses and also Professionals. This festival aims to celebrate and recognize the creativity and talent of young filmmakers, artists, and storytellers. It provides a unique opportunity for students to showcase their work, gain exposure, and connect with peers and industry professionals.

FESTIVAL Date & Venue

  • Event Date: 20th March 2025
  • Screening: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Award Ceremony: 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
    (Note: Time and dates may change)
  • Venue: New Delhi
  • Mode: Offline

If a film is made in the last year, it can be registered as well.

Whether it is released or unreleased. There are no conditions except for the duration.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

    1. Proof of Student Status: Students submitting their project must provide proof of student status (e.g., student ID, enrollment letter).
    2. Durations:
      • Short Film: Runtime of 30 minutes or less
      • Documentary: Runtime of 30 minutes or less
      • Animation: Runtime of 10 minutes or less
      • VFX: Runtime of 15 minutes or less
      • Music Video: Runtime of 5 minutes or less
      • Out of the Box category: No Time Limit
    3. Best Story: This category will focus on the storyline and narrative structure.
    4. Best Editing: This category will evaluate your editing skills and techniques.
    5. Film Format: All films must be submitted in MP4 or MOV format, in Full HD (1920×1080) resolution with a 16:9 aspect ratio.
    6. Language Requirement: Films in non-English languages must include English subtitles.
    7. Digital or Traditional Art: Submit high-resolution images in JPEG/PNG format. Multiple submissions allowed per category.

  9. Best Traditional Art (Pencil Sketch, Charcoal Sketch, Painting, Model, Clay Sculpture, or any hand-drawn artwork)

  10. Special Out of the Box Category (For Professionals):
    Submit any one (Film, Music Video, Ad Film)
    • Early Bird Submission: ₹3000/-

Rules & Terms

  1. Submission fees are non-refundable.
  2. By submitting, participants grant ICSFF the right to showcase their work during the event.
  3. Selected entries will be notified via email.
  4. ICSFF reserves the right to use clips, stills, or images from selected works for promotional purposes.
